DEPOTRA DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website www.[depotra-domain].com and/or the mobile application, the qualities and sale price of which are specified below.

4. General Provisions
- The Buyer accepts that they have read and been informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, payment method, delivery terms, right of withdrawal, and return conditions set out on the Site, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.
- The Seller agrees to deliver the product subject to the order to the Buyer or to the person at the address indicated by the Buyer within the legal period and in accordance with the qualities specified in the order.
- If there is a justified reason, the Seller may supply a different product of equal quality and price by explicitly informing the Buyer before the expiry of the performance obligation period arising from the agreement.
- If the delivery of the ordered product becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within a reasonable period after learning of this situation and shall refund the amounts collected in accordance with the applicable legislation.
5. Delivery and Performance
- The product shall be sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
- The delivery period may vary depending on stock availability, product characteristics, campaign density, official holidays, force majeure, and carrier company conditions. The current estimated delivery period is additionally stated on the order screen.
- Where delivery is made by a cargo company, the Seller is not directly liable for delays caused by the cargo company; however, the Seller shall provide reasonable support in tracking the process.
6. Payment
- The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount of the order using the payment method selected.
- Additional conditions determined by the bank and payment institution may apply to installment sales.
- For security reasons, the Seller may suspend the order, request additional verification, or cancel the order if there is suspicion of fraud, chargeback risk, forgery, or payment security risk related to the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the delivery of the product to the Buyer or to the third person indicated by the Buyer, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear notification to the Seller before the expiry of the period. This notification may be made through one of the following communication channels:

Phone: [CUSTOMER SERVICES] - Except for cases excluded under the legislation, it is not mandatory that the returned product be unused; however, if the product has been used beyond ordinary inspection, depreciation may be considered within the scope of the applicable legislation.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- products prepared in line with the Buyer’s special requests or personal needs,
- products that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass,
- products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene,
- products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
- digital content and services performed instantly in electronic environment where special legislative exceptions apply,
- other exceptions to the right of withdrawal set out in the relevant legislation.
9. Return and Refund
- If the right of withdrawal is exercised in due form, the Seller shall refund all payments collected within the legal periods starting from the date on which the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller.
- The refund shall be made in a manner appropriate to the payment instrument used by the Buyer when purchasing and without imposing any additional cost on the Buyer.
- Which party bears the return shipping cost shall be separately indicated in the preliminary information form and on the order screen.
10. Defective Product
The Buyer’s elective rights arising from defective goods under Law No. 6502 are reserved. If it is understood that the product is defective, the Buyer may exercise their rights within the scope of the applicable legislation.
11. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, transportation and communication infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, power outages, and similar events beyond the reasonable control of the parties shall be deemed force majeure. During the force majeure period, the obligations of the parties shall be suspended to the extent affected.
12. Evidence Agreement
The parties accept that, in disputes arising from this Agreement, the Seller’s commercial books and records, server records, electronic logs, database records, and system records may constitute evidence.
13. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction is carried out shall have jurisdiction.
14. Entry into Force
By completing the order through the Site, the Buyer accepts that they have approved this Agreement electronically. The Agreement enters into force at the moment the order is completed.
